Arunodoy Singh-Aditi Rao kiss 22 times

Setting a new record of kissing in Bollywood, Arunodoy Singh and Aditi Rao broke the 17 kissing record of Mallika Sherawat in the film, 'Khwahish'. The couple kissed 22 times in Sudhir Mishra’s ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi’.

Every time, the duo fight in the film, they patch up with a lip-lock. Arunodoy was last seen in the movie ‘Mirch’ making an intense love with Raima Sen while Aditi Rao was last seen in the film, ‘Delhi 6’ playing Sonam Kapoor’s aunty.

"Aditi and Arunodoy play a young couple based in Delhi. They kiss every time they quarrel. And they quarrel a lot," says Mishra.

At first, the duo was hesitant to smooch but later they agreed. The director believes that a kiss is far more aesthetic and natural expression of love than shaking a leg and dancing around trees. Arunoday Singh is the grandson of politician Arjun Singh, while Aditi Rao is married to actor Satyadeep Mishra.

Aditi Rao Hydari made her acting debut with the 2006 Tamil film Sringaram, in which she enacted the lead character, as a devadasi. The film itself was based on classical dance, being directed by Sharada Ramanathan and produced by Padmini Ravi, two noted bharatanatyam dancers. Hydari was approached and offered the role, after Ramanathan saw her dance performance at a conference for three days.
The film received critical acclaim and fetched several accloades, including three National Film Awards. Her first film to release in theatres, however, was the 2006 Malayalam film Prajapathi, in which she starred alongside Mammootty. In 2009, she essayed a supporting role in Delhi-6, directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. She has appeared in the film Yeh Saali Zindagi in 2011, and will be seen in Bollywood film Rockstar. She has also appeared in Airtel 3G advertisement in April 2011 She will next star in Fox Star Studios film titled London, Paris, New York as the female lead opposite Ali Zafar.

About Aditi Rao

Aditi Rao Hydari is an Indian film actress. A classical bharatanatyam dancer, she made her acting debut with Sharada Ramanathan's acclaimed film Sringaram (2007) and rose to fame after her performance in Sudhir Mishra's 2011 film Yeh Saali Zindagi.

Aditi Rao was born in Hyderabad. She is half Konkani and half Hyderabadi Muslim. She is the great granddaughter of Sir Akbar Hydari and the grand niece of Sir Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari, former Governor of Assam. She started learning Bharatanatyam at age six and was a disciple of acclaimed dancer Leela Samson.
